A refreshing and nutrient-rich pumpkin seed weight loss drink infused with simple ingredients to support hydration and metabolism.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons raw pumpkin seeds (hulled pepitas preferred)
2–3 cups filtered water ½ lemon (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Fresh mint or basil sprigs (optional)
Lime slices (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse pumpkin seeds in a fine mesh strainer.
2. Place seeds in a glass jar and pour in 2–3 cups of filtered water.
3. Stir, cover, and soak for at least 8 hours or overnight.
4. Optionally refrigerate for a crisper taste.
5. Strain seeds before serving, or leave them in for added fiber.
6. For Morning Version: Add lemon juice and sea salt.
7. For Metabolism Boost: Blend seeds and water, strain, stir in cinnamon, ginger, and honey.
8. For Detox: Add mint, basil, and lime slices, chill 30 minutes.
9. Drink 1–2 cups daily.
10. Store leftover drink in the fridge, use within 48 hours.
Notes
Use hulled pumpkin seeds for better texture. Toasting is optional. Flavor boosters like ginger or lemon add more health value.
