Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 cup (8 oz) warm filtered water
Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey
Optional: Fresh lemon juice (1 wedge)
Instructions
Pour warm water into a glass or mug
Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved

<p>4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach each morning.</p>
