Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds
16 oz filtered water
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
2 thin cucumber slices
6–8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Add chia seeds to a mason jar or large glass filled with filtered water.
2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes so seeds begin to absorb water.
3. Add pink salt and cucumber slices; stir again.
4. Lightly crush the mint leaves and add them into the mixture.
5. Let sit for 5–10 more minutes until chia forms a gel texture.
6. Stir once more and enjoy chilled.
Notes
