This pink Himalayan salt drink is a simple, natural recipe that supports hydration, digestion, and metabolism—perfect for starting your day right.
Ingredients
8–12 oz (240–350 ml) warm filtered water
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Juice of ½ lemon or ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Optional: ½ teaspoon raw honey
Optional: Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Warm the water to a comfortable temperature.
2. Add the pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the lemon juice or add the apple cider vinegar.
4. If using, stir in honey and cayenne pepper.
5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach within 10–15 minutes of waking.
Notes
Start with a small amount of salt (1/16 tsp) if you’re new to this.
You can swap lemon for lime, or add green tea as a base.
