Ingredients
16 oz (480 ml) ice-cold filtered water
1 tsp raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
Ice cubes
Optional: 1–2 slices fresh lemon or a drop of raw honey
Instructions
1. Pour 16 oz of cold filtered water into a tall glass.
2. Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and stir for exactly 7 seconds.
3. Add ice cubes.
4. Optional: Add a lemon slice or a drop of honey to mellow the flavor.
5. Sip with a straw for less acidity on your teeth.
Notes
